Flower Care Instructions

Thank you for purchasing a Lagrange Rouge Farm bouquet. I want to ensure that your beautiful flowers thrive and bring you joy for as long as possible. Proper care is essential for their health and longevity. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to care for your flowers to help you keep your indoor blooms vibrant.

Trim the Stems: Upon receiving your bouquet, trim the stems at an angle using sharp, clean scissors or floral shears. This creates a fresh cut that allows the flowers to absorb water more effectively.

Remove Foliage: Remove any foliage or leaves that will be below the waterline in the vase. This helps prevent bacterial growth in the water and keeps it clean.

Choose a Clean Vase: Select a clean vase that is appropriate in size for your bouquet. Fill it with lukewarm water, preferably filtered or distilled, to about two-thirds full.

Choose a Location: Place the vase in a location away from direct sunlight, drafts, or sources of heat. Avoid placing the flowers near ripening fruits, as some fruits release ethylene gas, which can accelerate the wilting process.

Watering: Check the water level in the vase daily and replenish it as needed. If the water appears cloudy or murky, replace it with fresh water and add flower food if available.

Enjoy!
